Heart shaped with intricate cut-out,diamond encrusted filigree detail and adorned with round pink sapphires and marquise morganites in a floral formation. Finished with a pear-shaped morganite at the bottom for added unique elegance. A detachable mechanism allows it to be worn on a chain or on pearls.
