Jenna Clifford has always been more than a jewellery brand — it’s a story of family, creativity and lifelong connection. What began with our mom’s belief that jewellery should carry meaning continues to live on through us, her daughters, and the incredible team that surrounds us.
As sisters, we’re deeply committed to honouring the world our mom built — staying true to her values of love, beauty, passion and truth. Though our lives look different — each of us seven years apart, with homes that now stretch from South Africa to the UK — we remain united in our love for this brand, our wonderful clients, and the purpose behind what we do. As our families grow and new generations join the story, we feel an even deeper sense of purpose to carry her legacy forward.
Our mom taught us that jewellery is not only worn, it’s felt. It carries memories, stories and symbols of love — the things that give life its depth and meaning.

JENNA CLIFFORD
Jenna Clifford (1959–2025) was a world-renowned jewellery designer celebrated for her distinctive custom creations and bold, dramatic style. Her extraordinary designs attracted a global following of business icons, celebrities, and collectors who admired the iconic beauty and timeless elegance of her work. Combining gold, diamonds, and precious gems, Jenna crafted meaningful masterpieces through her exclusive use of expert South African artisans. She believed that true objects of joy could never be mass-produced—an ethos that shaped every piece she created.
A visionary and a trendsetter by nature, Jenna often said that “quality craftsmanship and excellent taste are the formula for success.” She was a role model for aspiring designers, generously mentoring women of all ages through various initiatives, including the Breaking the Mould series by Octagon in 2012. For this campaign, she designed two bespoke diamond butterflies for tennis champions Venus and Serena Williams—an embodiment of feminine strength and transformation.
Beyond her artistry, Jenna was a passionate advocate for women’s rights and equality. She championed the advancement of women in business and was honoured as a torchbearer for the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goal 3 initiative alongside Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the Soweto Gospel Choir, shining a light on the importance of gender equality and empowerment.
Jenna's legacy lives on—through every piece she designed, every life she touched, and the values she fiercely upheld. The Jenna Clifford brand continues to thrive under the care of her three daughters, who are deeply committed to carrying forward her vision, passion, and purpose. Her spirit endures in each creation, and in the generations who will continue to wear, cherish, and be inspired by her timeless designs.
